Following the successful acquisition of Innovation Data Processing inc by Compuware Corporation, engaged by the USA owners to assist in the closure of all European entities.
• Engaging with external service providers in closing all accounts, monitoring cashflows and returning all surplus funds to the USA and closing all European entities.
• Assisting the USA owners in completing USA tax return forms as the European entities were either owned by USA SUM S companies or owned directly by USA citizens.
• For all European entities, preparing records and databases for storage.

• Largely autonomous role with control over all European entities including month-end reviews and financial reporting, financial analysis, and cash flow management across.
• Reporting to the board and ultimately to the US owners on all aspects of finance and budgetary control.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Date analysis, including building dashboards with KPIs used across Europe and the USA.
• Liaising with Auditors and legal advisers in all European entities on various matters.
• Identifying shortcomings in business operations and implementing all necessary changes leading to greater efficiencies in operations.
